Casuarina Aquatics and Leisure Centre
I was engaged on site for approximately nine months, working alongside Blueprint during the construction of this major aquatic facility. My scope included assisting with the installation of the Myrtha pool structures, completing all PVC liner works, and carrying out ballast tank rendering and waterproofing. I was also involved in the installation of waterslides and interactive water features within the leisure and children’s pool areas. This project extended well beyond liner installation, providing valuable exposure across multiple construction stages and disciplines within a large-scale aquatic development.
Wadeye Community Pool
This project involved the full renovation of an existing Myrtha pool originally installed over 25 years ago and damaged by time and environmental conditions. Our team delivered a complete refurbishment, becoming the first Myrtha contractor in Australia to implement Myrtha Skin technology on a renovation project. The upgrade significantly improved both performance and finish quality, with the final result demonstrating a clean, durable, and modern outcome suitable for long-term community use in a remote environment.
BlueFit Swimming – Craigieburn (VIC) & Prospect (NSW)
In 2025, two new BlueFit Swimming facilities in Craigieburn and Prospect represented key projects within our portfolio. Works included construction of the complete Myrtha pool structures, full waterproofing systems, and integrated features such as PVC benches, all within enclosed indoor environments. Close collaboration with builders ensured precise coordination of surrounding decks, designed with underfloor access to allow efficient inspection of plumbing, waterproofing, and structural components. These projects delivered robust, highly serviceable swim school facilities and were a pleasure to be involved in.
Aqua Culture Swim
At Aqua Culture Swim, we delivered the construction of two new Myrtha pools within a premium health and wellness centre. The learn-to-swim pool was built using Myrtha RenovAction technology, while the 25-metre pool utilised a full Myrtha structural system. This project combined technical precision with architectural integration, resulting in outstanding finishes and performance across both pools. The outcome reflects a successful collaboration and a high standard of execution.
